BIOGRAPHY Born in France in 1962, Albert Delamour started his career in Paris at Louis Lumiere's School of Photography and Cinema. While furthering his studies under the comprehensive guidance and tutelage of Henri Coste, Albert developed a keen interest in human sociology and psychology. These studies and investigations led to creative endeavors. Albert has rapidly established a client base that included major advertising agencies such as DDB Needham, Euro RSCG, Grey Advertising, J.Walter Thompson, Ogilvy& Mather, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Saatchi & Saatchi NYC. Albert currently works with fashion designers such as Jean-Paul Gaultier and Christian Lacroix that were taken by his powerful command of color, an eye for beauty and his ability to tell a story and provoke many emotions in a single image. Albert¹s style takes you on a journey of the senses where beauty, humor, poetry and clarity speak to you and about you. American Express, Canon, De Beers, La Fnac, Kodak USA, Iams-dogs and many other major brands chose him for their campaigns. Albert moved to New York City in 1998 looking for new inspirations Actually his exhibition "Designed by Nature" is an exploration of the artist's interest in the concepts of individuality, beauty, and ephemera in nature. These large-scale flower photographs capture moments of perfection in nature, and as such the prints are created without any computer intervention untill April 4th, 2002 at Poltrona Frau showroom, 145 Wooster Street, NYC. The individual pieces in this series serve to illustrate Albert's exploration of the evanescent beauty in nature.
