BIOGRAPHY
Patrice Breteau was born in Paris, France on December
17, 1942. He has been residing in New York since 1982.The work of this
artist concerns itself with the relationship of mans individual potential
reflected in the depth and expanses of the universe. His ability to obtain
a luminous quality througout his pieces holds the viewer spellbound. His
paintings manifest an exquisite use of light and its paly in infinity."

Breteau, with Salvador Dali, among other artists, was commissioned to
create original paintings, limited editions and posters, for the 1980
Summer Olympics.Breteau is an official artist of the National Aeronautics
